EvoCo is an innovation of Creative Space Architecture and its team who have been operating in the Bay of Plenty for 20+ years. With a devotion to high performing architecture, they have now committed to building the type of homes they are passionate about.
The EvoCo showhome is available to view by appointment at our production facility at 400 TauriKura Drive, Tauriko, Tauranga. Please be aware that Taurikura Drive is divided into two ends and we are at the Gib factory end off Kaweroa Drive.

High Performance
EvoCo homes by far exceed the performance criteria of the New Zealand building code. They are structurally robust and designed to perform in any corrosion, earthquake or climate zone across New Zealand. They are healthier, more energy efficient, quieter and more comfortable than regular homes because of this.
Energy Efficient
EvoCo homes are airtight and built from structurally insulated panels (or SIPs for short). They have a minimum of 60% more insulation than a regular home. Our hot water heat pumps provide a 60% efficiency in hot water supply. Our ducted heat recovery systems recycle 92% of internal heat while cleaning and purifying the air.
LED smart lighting, Class D amplifiers, low energy appliances and other design considerations all contribute toward low to no additional energy costs.
Prefabricated
EvoCo homes are constructed in a purpose built facility where every day is dry and productive. While construction is underway in our factory, work can simultaneously start on consents, services and foundations on site.
Passive
EvoCo homes are crafted to Passive Home performance criteria and principles. Some of these include continuous insulation, air-sealed building envelopes, air purification and heat-recovery systems, high performing joinery and good passive solar design.
This results in very low ongoing energy costs, maximum comfort and an exceptionally quiet and healthy living environment.
Technology
We are passionate about technology and include a range of systems in every home. These include digital artwork, smart lighting, robot vacuum cleaners, quality audio and an entertainment system. We then have a range of upgrades available for those who want to improve on an already very high standard of technology specifications.

EvoCo homes and our supporting systems are designed to minimize the environmental footprint while enhancing efficiency, comfort, and the health of those who live in them.
